Job Overview:
BioXtra Labs Inc. is looking for a sales supervisor to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. We are looking forward to seeing the potential that every talent will bring to us.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting daily sales activities, including personnel management, payment authorization, product return and refund
Responsible for establishing sales team; hire and train sale team members
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and arrange their work schedules
Determine inventory control, develop and maintain sales forecasts and budgets,
Prepare reports related to personnel, sales and development regularly
Familiar with internal products, and prepare responses and recommend to customers
Provide support and solutions to customers concerns and comments
Job Qualifications:
Completion of college
At least 2 years of work experience in retail sales, with sales management skills is required
Strong communication skills, time management and organizational skills
Capable of handling multiple tasks
Ability to manage and solve problem and complaints
Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is an asset
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
