Description

We are seeking Food and Beverage Server (NOC 65200) to join our team.

Job duties and responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus.
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers and advise on menu selections.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers.
- Communicate with all serving and kitchen staff.
- Deliver checks and collect payments.
- Keep an eye on tables to assist customers and take the initiative to provide them with extra service as required.
- Arrange table settings, clean, and perform daily side duties.
- Adhere to all relevant health department rules & regulations and all customer service guidelines.

Skills and knowledge:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks; knowledge of the restaurant service industry, such as service flow, ordering processes, and payment methods; proficiency in using modern technology such as computers and POS systems.
