We are hiring for the Food Counter Attendants at Chaska Indian Street Food, 4621 Rae Street, Regina, SK.

Education: No Degree, Certificates or Diploma
Experience : Will train

The Food Counter Attendant does the following:
Use a cash register to take customer orders, accept payment and give change
Answer customer questions about menu items and serve customers at counter
Preparing live counter food such as Pani-puri(Gol-gappe), Chaat,daily thali, milkshakes, Lassi and beverages, including Chai Coffee-type drinks
Clean, peel, slice and trim food items using manual and electric appliances
Stock refrigerators, cupboards, and Chaat Station
Keep records of the quantities of food used, or wasted
Clean and sanitize Chaat area & front live counter areas including, work surfaces, cupboards, and storage areas, as well as dispose of kitchen garbage
Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs
Help other workers who prepare or serve food and beverages.
Sweep and mop floors, and perform other duties to assist team members
Bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving/staging areas
Refill condiments and other supplies at tables and in serving areas
Unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and storage areas
Sort and remove garbage and wash garbage cans
