- Organize food service and take responsibility for maintaining it
- Maintain proper sanitization of kitchen
- Serves meals and snacks in a relaxed atmosphere
- Posts weekly menus in advance
- Knowledge of the Canada Food Guide
- Maintains proper hygiene and hand washing procedures
- Able to prepare food independently in a timely manner
-Keeps food dated and rotated regularly
-Is aware of daily attendance at both locations
- Is flexible in making trips to purchase groceries when needed
- Serves meals and snacks according to time schedule
- Does dishes daily/clean up common area
- Provides assistance to other team members in nutritional actives
- Cleans fridge/freezer/microwave on a weekly basis
-Cleans stove top and oven daily
- Cleans cupboards out on a weekly basis
- Helps team members out (laundry , cleaning etc)
-Maintains consistent professional, child/work related, and positive interaction with parents
- Maintains confidentiality
- Interacts with children in a positive manner
-Is aware of allergies , medications, and food intolerances
- speaks to children at their level(bends or crouches low)
- Acts as a role model
- Can do heavy lifting
