We have opportunities for Organizational Change Management Consultants with a minimum 5 years experience, to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to deliver and implement initiatives and enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology.

We are seeking individuals with strong people and communication skills and empathy for the stakeholders of any significant change initiative.  The candidate understands how to assess organizational change readiness, lead organizational change, manage change with optimal approaches and tools, and overcome challenges associated with leading change.  

The following are considered very strong assets:
Business analysis skills with the ability to identify underlying issues
Ability to lead change other agents in the design and delivery of change initiatives
Change management certification, i.e. Prosci
Formal Bachelor Degree from an educational facility
Post educational certifications related to adult learning, instructional design, facilitation and teaching
Experience in the assessment of initiatives in adult learning
Project management experience
IT industry experience

The ideal candidate will possess:
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Capable of collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and team members
