Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manage and expand sales relationships with existing clients while identifying new opportunities to increase the company's customer base, with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Assess clients' needs, provide tailored recommendations for computer products, accessories, or services, and negotiate sales terms and prices.
3. Participate in product design process to ensure goods or services align with clients' requirements.
4. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals highlighting the benefits of our computer products or services.
5. Estimate costs of installing and maintaining computer equipment or services, and oversee the preparation and administration of sales contracts.
6. Maintain comprehensive customer records and offer post-sale consultations to resolve issues and provide continuous support.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues related to computer equipment and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
8. Devise, implement, and evaluate sales strategies to meet business objectives, whilst keeping.
