As the Mechanical Technician - Quality Control, you will:
- Use sales summary, drawings, and Provincial, State, and internal specifications to:
* Perform mechanical quality inspections on new ambulances coming off the assembly line.
* Perform O2 and suction tests.
* Perform fit and function tests for stretchers and other equipment.
* Conduct weight analysis.
* Create information sheets with weight analysis and load test information.
- Road test ambulances.
- Conduct final inspections.
As the Mechanical Technician - Quality Control, you will bring:
- Accuracy in function and load testing.
- Experience and proven ability using hand tools and power tools.
- Keen attention to detail.
- An open and honest approach to your work and team.
- Ability to read schematics and accurately compare to the product.
