Description

As the Shop Supervisor, you will:

- Demonstrate great leadership abilities, including coaching and mentoring your team.
- Provide the shop team with clear expectations, encouragement, motivation, and collaboration to meet and exceed goals.
- Build great teamwork to enhance accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with all other departments.
- Take initiative, be self sufficient, but be open to request support when needed.

As the Shop Supervisor, you will bring:

- 10 years experience in a shop supervisor or foreman leadership role, ideally within a lean manufacturing environment.
- Solid and proven experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, with a preferred focus in the automotive industry or electrical diagnostics.
- Clear knowledge of electrical 12- and 120-volt systems and how to build them.
- Experience in hydraulics.
