Description

As the Senior Electrical Designer, you will:

- Lead teams of Engineers and CAD/CAM Designers on projects and designs.
- Support and backup the Compliance Engineer on testing and certification of vehicles to applicable C/FMVSS and ambulance standards.
- Create electrical designs and drawings for new projects, update existing drawings as needed.
- Communicate with clients on specifications, changes and adaptions.

As the Senior Electrical Designer, you will bring:

- Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, with your P.Eng. or working towards it.
- Five or more years experience in the industry, preferably automotive focused.
- Knowledge of 12VDC and 120/240VAC electrical systems.
- Knowledge of electrical design for heat dissipation, vehicle CAN bus systems,
- Electrical load analysis and cost/benefit analysis.
