As the Regional Sales Manager, you will:
- Drive sales growth with a comprehensive sales strategy for your region, including setting sales targets, identifying sales markets, and determining sales approaches.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in your region. Networking and attending industry events to expand your customer base.
- Identify, develop, and maintain opportunity and sales pipelines via the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, initiate contacts and prequalify potential customers.
- Prepare preliminary and formal quotations, bids and tenders using current, past or example demo highlight sheets, letters of introduction and an approved outline.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will bring:
- Business degree with a head for financials.
- Interest in automotive or mechanical engineering.
- A minimum of 5+ years outside sales experience, preferably selling capital type equipment in a business-to-business tender-based environment.
- Knowledge of government regulations, standards, and municipal procurement procedures.
