Description

As the Manager, New Product Development, you will:

- Introduce new ambulance, vehicles, and subsystem designs, under the clients brand in Canada and the USA.
- Creation and introduction of new, or improved, revenue streams for the manufacturing business
- Successful application of sound engineering principles in a culture of continuous improvement to be measured by Quality, Cost and Delivery KPIs employee retention and net promotor scores.

As the Manager, New Product Development, you will bring:

- Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline is an asset, ideally with experience in a low volume high variety manufacturing.
- Strong business acumen with a background in financial feasibility analysis
- 3 to 5 years leadership experience in the automotive industry with that zest for innovation and motivation.
- Proven experience in dealing effectively with business functions, including, but not limited to, sales, marketing, operations and after sales service.
