Skills
Dishwashing- scour pots & pans, sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, clean & sanitize items such as: dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware & flatware. Place dishes in storage area
Counter Attendant and Food preparer-Take customer orders, stock refrigerator and salad bars. Service customers at counters. Portion and wrap foods. Package take-out food. prepare, heat and finish simple food items.

Kitchen Helper skills- Receive & unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floor
Food Service Helper- Replenish condiments & other supplies at tables and serving areas Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs. Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
Learn to use Grill, electronic cash register, deep fryer, conventional oven and food dispensers.
