LOOKING FOR A Food Service Supervisor
New Country Roads Motor Inn. provides comfortable accommodation and fine dining in Cut Knife, Saskatchewan for Business People, Families, Vacationers & Service Crews.
Currently we are looking for a quality food service supervisor to join our organisation to provide efficient and friendly service, promote and ensure guest satisfaction, as well as promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and guests.

Requirement:
The ability to deliver quality of service that guests deserve and expect;
Previous experience in a supervisor or managerial position is a plus;
1 years of minimum experience in a food/beverage industry;
Experience working at a hotel establishment (highly desired);
The ability to communicate in a friendly manner with guests;
Strong relationship, communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with co-workers, the Culinary team and motel staff;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Possess a high level of self-motivation, accountability, use of sound judgement and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done;
Strong computer skills, knowledge of MS Office and POS systems;
Demonstrated confidentiality, honesty, and integrity in all situations;
Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays;
Work with minimal supervision.
Duties:
Report to workstation at scheduled times, maintaining desired operation efficiency
Complete in a timely manner all tasks as directed by the Manager;
Complete all work-related tasks and duties required to successfully execute restaurant operation;
Comply with all operations manuals, opening and closing procedures, daily work sheets, Restaurant procedures, cleaning schedules and all other duties required to successfully execute daily routines in an efficient restaurant;
