-The store supervisor is responsible for leading staffs in the efficient and profitable operation of a Gong Cha bubble tea store.
-Responsible for managing the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions.
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food and beverage preparation.
-Establish methods to meet work schedules of bubble tea store.
-Ensure profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labor, supplies and expenses.
-Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
-Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
-Assist in the selection of food service staff and development of policies, procedures and budgets.
