Main responsibilities
-Schedule and supervise shift team, verify time and attendance and assign work assignments
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
-Assist with the tracking of sales and wastage and stock
-Record and arrange maintenance for repairs
-Establish work schedules and approve time off to ensure the smooth operation
-Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues
-Discovers and responds to customer needs, and address complains and conflicts
-Follows up with staff during the shift to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service for all customers
-Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team
-Assists in hiring and training new food service staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
-Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and ensure all food and service meet quality control standards
-Report overall performance to the Owner during shift
-Executes store operations during scheduled shifts
