Applicants must have secondary school completed and minimum of 1-2 years work experiance in the related field. Candidate is expected to have good oral and written english skills. This is permanent full time position with minimum of 40 hours per week. Person should be able to work shifts, weekends and on call.
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare,portion and serve food.Estimate and order supplies and ingridients for sandwich prep. Establish methods to meet work schedules Maintain records of stock,repairs,sales and wastage.
Train staff in safety procedures and job duties. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
