Description

Enviroway Janitorial Supplies is seeking a highly motivated Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team. As a leader in the janitorial supply industry, we provide comprehensive cleaning solutions to a wide range of clients. Type:  Permanent, full-time
Start Time: As soon as Possible

Responsibilities:
Operating and maintaining heavy-duty cleaning equipment, such as industrial carpet cleaners, steam cleaners, or extractors.
Operating cleaning equipment to remove dirt, stains and odors from carpets, ensuring thorough cleaning and extraction
Empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly for proper waste management.
Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain cleanliness and safety.
Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to prevent accidents.
Assisting in the moving and rearranging of furniture before and after cleaning, ensuring the protection of both the furniture and the cleaned areas.
Transporting carpets from customer locations to the company office using appropriate vehicles or equipment if required additional day to work, ensuring the safe handling and protection of the carpets during transportation.
Conducting thorough inspections of cleaned carpets to ensure quality standards are met before returning them to customers.
Properly packaging and labeling cleaned carpets for delivery or pickup by customers.

Qualifications:
Completion of secondary education.
Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
A valid driver's license is preferable
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine
Motivation and a willingness to work and learn
