Days Inn & Suites Warman is currently recruiting for a Guest Service Agent to join our team.
The successful candidate must be able to work a variety of shifts including overnights and weekends. Shifts are 8 hours long.
Skills we require:
- Computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel and internet research
- Phone skills: ability to communicate successfully with guests via the phone
-Written Communication Skills: ability to communicate successfully with guests via email.
- Time management: ability to be punctual and prioritize tasks in order of importance and guest impact
Duties will include:
- Checking in and out guests
- Taking reservations via phone and in person
- Selling guests on the aspects of the hotel
- Promoting the hotel to guests and special promotions and packages
- Balancing payments and transactions
- Preparing reports for management
- Providing superior and proactive customer service to guests
- Problem solving for guests
- Other tasks assigned by management
