Essential Job Functions:
1. Ensure Product chart is updated to reflect changes internally
2. Ensure work orders are put together
3. Ensure revised orders are printed
4. Make sure the work orders are done
5. Ensure orders are printed when inventory is sold out of yard
6. Communicate daily with Production Administrative Assistant and Logistics to ensure all Sales Orders are completed as required
7. Review trucking orders and provide work orders to complete or reconfigure whole-goods
8. Provide shipping staff with documentation required for loading trucks
9. Assist with filing and administrative duties
10. Update data collection tracking in the form of spreadsheets, sales NCs, testing units etc.
11. Month end data collection and periodic entry
12. Machine final inspection sheet maintenance and supervision
