Description

The Before & After School and/or Mini Club Program Leader typically works 15-30 hours per week (mornings and/or afternoons).

Additional opportunities exist for program leaders to provide 1:1 care for children with exceptional needs and also for casual program leaders who can pick up shifts at a variety of schools as available (covering holidays or sick leave).

Program Leaders are assigned to work in schools throughout Saskatoon and surrounding areas (Dalmeny, Langham, Warman, South Corman Park) providing safe, supportive and positive programming for school aged children during the before and after school time periods.

The position is flexible and can be the ideal job for post-secondary students, stay at home parents or those individuals looking to get more work experience as a new Canadian or youth. Applicants must be a minimum age of sixteen and eligible to work in Canada to apply.   Program Leaders may also  be permitted to bring their own non school age children to program with them at management's discretion.

Additional opportunities are also available within the organization for program leaders to work full or part time summer hours in our summer camp programs and early learning centres.

Applicants will be contacted by the management team after July 30th to arrange an interview date.   Successful applicants must be available for a 2-day training & orientation to be held August 29-30th, 2023.  This training will provide program leaders with information regarding safety information, program policies & organizational procedures.
