Main responsibilities:
Supervise and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Patient with customer complaints, and use calm voices.
May plan menus and determine related food and labor costs
Required skills:
-Reliable and motivated professional with a passion for exceptional food, hospitality and high-quality customer service
-Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
-Communication and team management abilities
