Description

Brandt is currently seeking a Material Handler for our Saskatoon Manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for facilitating the movement of material at the facility, both internal and external all while maintaining organization and cleanliness of the shop and yard.



Duties:
- Direct responsibility for all movement of material in the facility
- Keep to schedule cleaning duties as laid out
- Other duties as assigned
- Responsible for the safety checks of appointed cranes and forklifts
- Accountable for Waste Management. Recycle and disposal of as required
- Assist loading and unloading of trucks in shipping and receiving as required utilizing forklifts and cranes
- Ensure workplace safety by ensuring following safety protocols and are properly trained
- Responsible for keeping KANBAN areas replenished
- Responsible for keeping staging areas clean and organized
