Description

You will be responsible for the planning and day to day execution of the Agro Department. Provides leadership, direction and oversight to Ag operations, programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives. Be responsible for building strong customer relationships and ensures safety and environmental policies and procedures and standards are achieved.
You have a Diploma or Degree in Agriculture
You have some experience leading a team
Youre familiar with Crop Inputs, and Petroleum based products
Youre honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
