We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and experienced individual to supervise Pre-assembly - Final Assembly Production Day Shift. The essential functions of the job include:
-Supervise and coordinate activities of Pre-assembly, Paint line and Final Assembly workers
-ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining the flow of work.
- Delegate and adjust workloads to ensure requirements are met
- Train new employees in proper safety and work procedures

Day Shift: Mon-Thurs. 7:00 a.m.-5:45 p.m.

Education and Experience
2-4 years experience with welding and working knowledge of paint and assembly procedures.
3-8 years of supervisory experience
Experience with supervising +20 staff
3-7 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Post-secondary education in manufacturing or agricultural and/or trade certificate
2-4 years working experience of welding techniques.
