Job Duties:
-Greet customers and introduce menu;
-Promote special dishes or drinks;
-Recognize and avoid any allergy issues;
-Refill the drinks and napkin;
-Send the orders and modify certain dishes when needed;
-Ensure customers receive what they ordered in time;
-Collect suggestions from customers and report to -managers;
-Participate the monthly staff meetings;
Job Requirements:
-Must be 18 years of age or older;
-A valid work permit for temporary residents;
-High school education or equivalent;
-Can work at a fast pace under heavy pressure with a positive attitude and team spirit;
-Flexible working shifts, including weekends and holidays;
-Must be able to lift at least 20 lbs and stand for a long time;
-Be fluent in English.
-Prior experience in serving is a strong asset but not necessary;
-Knowledge in Japanese food is a strong asset but not necessary;
