Responsibilities:
Help in cutting fish, meat and vegetables
Assist in Preparing stocks, soups and sauces
Properly making sushi rice
Follow cook instruction in preparing, cooking and garnishing dishes
Keep sushi station up to sanitation and safety standards
Positively interact with customers
Properly store delivery of supplies in the storage
