Position Location: 4884 Gordon Road
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Performs a variety of duties including front counter service: receiving the order from the till, phone, or online printer, gathering the order items, and presenting the order to the customer. Back kitchen service includes food preparation, and upholding store sanitation requirements.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Always come to work in proper uniform.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation at all times.
Be a team player, support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible
Maintains sanitary standards and follows daily checklists
Responsible for reading/taking order tickets
Responsible for retrieving order items and condiments
Checking tickets to items retrieved for accuracy
Presenting orders to customers
Interacts with customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Taking direction from Supervisors and team members is required
Stocks refrigerators, and food prep tables, accurately and efficiently
Requests products from back and front kitchens
Maintains hot or cold temperature conditions as per standards
Maintains appropriate portion-control
Cleans equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion
Fulfills job duties each shift within approved time-frame, and works quickly to keep up with the pace of the store and shift leaders
Adheres to record-keeping requirements daily
Completes shift work, as assigned, timely, and thoroughly in accordance with Company standards.
