SUMMARY OF POSITION
Performs a variety of duties including front counter service: receiving the order from the till, phone or online printer, gathering the order items, and presenting the order to the customer, back kitchen service, food preparation, and upholding store sanitation requirements.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Always come to work with a clean uniform
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation at all times
Be a team playersupport and assist your fellow team members whenever possible
Maintains sanitary standards and follows the Jolt Checklists dilligently
Responsible reading/taking order tickets
Responsible for retrieving order items and condiments
Checking ticket to items retrieved for accuracy
Presenting order to customer
Interacts with customers in a friendly and efficient manner
Takes direction from Supervisors and team members are required
Stocks display refrigerators, salad bar, and steam table neatly, accurately and efficiently
Requests product from the back and prep crew members to supply the holding cabinet or display as needed
Maintains hot or cold temperature conditions as per standards
Maintains appropriate portion-control
Cleans equipment, as assigned, thoroughly and in a timely fashion
Fulfills job duties each shift within approved time-frame, and works quickly to keep up with the pace of the store and shift leaders
Keeps the floor in the work/service area clean and free of debris
Completes shift work, as assigned, timely and thoroughly in accordance with
Department standards.
