Description

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist Cook in preparing food orders.
- Portion prepared food item ingredients
- Plate cooked food for service to customers
- Wrap/pack take-out food orders
- Help cooking food orders with the use of the
  following cooking equipment: deep fryer, grill and
  stove
- May serve customers at counters
- Replenish food in buffet tables.
- Remove trash and put in garbage bin
- Clean kitchen and prep area
- Store supplies in refrigerators, freezer and storage
  cabinets.
- May assist server in dining area during rush hours.
- May receive payment from customers for food
  purchased.
- Monitor food usage and stock inventories
- Wash worktables, equipment and appliances.
- Sweep and mop floors
- Wash dishes, cutleries, glassware, pots and pans
- Put away washed dishes, cutleries, glassware, pots and pans
