Duties for the Cook position:
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staffs
Prepare a variety of foods; dim-sum, meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable, and cold food items.
Notify Chef in advance of likely shortages
Close the kitchen correctly and follow the closing checklist for kitchen stations
Maintain a prepared and sanitary work area at all times
Keep the work area fresh all through the shift
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
Assist with all duties as assigned by Kitchen Manager/Chef
Requirements for the role:
-Completion of high school is required
-2 years experience as Cook or Completion of program for cooks or other related field is an asset
-Work under pressure
-Work independently
-Physically demanding, including bending, crouching, kneeling
