Position Overview:
The Cleaner at Robin's Donut is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our coffee shop to ensure a pleasant and welcoming environment for our customers and staff. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a dedication to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

Cleanliness Maintenance: Regularly sweep, mop, and polish the floors of the coffee shop, ensuring all areas are free of debris, spills, or dirt.

Restroom Upkeep: Maintain and sanitize restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies like toilet paper, soap, and hand towels. Check and clean restrooms multiple times throughout the day.

Waste Management: Empty trash bins in both the customer area and behind the counter regularly, ensuring that waste is properly disposed of and that recycling is separated according to local regulations.

Equipment and Surface Sanitation: Wipe down tables, chairs, counters, and other surfaces as needed, and at the end of each day. Regularly clean and sanitize coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure food safety standards are met.

Proactive Reporting: Immediately report any major spills, damages, or maintenance issues to the management, and take initial steps to address and/or contain them when possible.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided. The ability to follow instructions, work independently, and have a keen eye for detail is crucial for this role.

Note: This is a physically demanding position that requires frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
