The job duties and responsibilities
of the position are as follows:
Co-ordinate, assign and review work schedules, procedures, and production works;
Preparing and submit work reports, progress reports, budgets, monitor expenditures and other
reports;
Co-ordinate activities with other work units and departments;
Monitor and order supplies, materials, inventory and equipment in a timely and efficient manner;
Supervise all work units and departments;
Recommend employees actions such as hiring and promotions;
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of drivers;
Train staff in work duties, safety procedure and company policies;
Resolve work problems and issues and recommend measures to improve performance;
Make ensure vehicle safety and maintenance checks are completed;
Reviewing the work of employees and provide training to employees, if required;
And any other duties as assigned by the Manager.
