Tamarind Restaurant is looking for energetic, passionate  and dynamic individuals with great organizational skills to join our team as a Server.

Responsibilities :
    Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of serving staff Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedure.Ensure the cleanliness and safety at workplace Ensure Staffs following health and safety guidelines.Participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budget.Train staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales Investigate customer complaints and service suggestions Determine staffing needs and assisted in the hiring of new employees.Ensure food quality and service meet quality control standards.Participate and assist in development of policies and procedure.Maintain clean restaurant and keep records of cleaning activities.Related duties assigned from time to time by the reporting Manager
Requirements -
    - Exceptional customer service skills with a passion to continually anticipate and exceed guest expectations
    - Applicants must have good interpersonal skills, strong work ethics and the ability to effectively deal with customers.
    - Applicants must be able to read, write, speak and  understand English fluently.
    - AS we cook Indian cuisine, preference to professional worked on Indian restaurants
