Job Order Detail

Description

Main duties:
-Pick up raw whole chicken from supplier
-Check inventory and order food ingredients from local Asian market stores
-Hand chop and marinate chicken
-Make marinate seasoning water
-Breading and deep fry chicken
-Make kimchi fried rice, pickled radish, hotdog, sandwich, salads, etc.
-Responsible for food packaging and dish washing when necessary
-Clean up kitchen and work area every day
-Oversee kitchen operations and supervise kitchen helpers
-Hire and train kitchen staff

Skill:
-Ability to speak English and Mandarin
