Job Responsibilities
* Greeting our guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner
* Learn menu items and their ingredients as well as familiarity with the step-by-step procedure for friendly and efficient customer service. In addition, team member will be responsible for accurate cash control
* Prepare food and beverage items. The team member is also responsible for maintaining the quality standards of the products he/she prepares
* Deliver orders to guest and ensure each order is complete and prepared properly. The team member have to get familiar with all menu items and their packagings
* The team member must have awareness to recognize if any particular station is about to fall behind and have the ability to render assistance at that station
* Follow and complete all tasks and duties assigned by supervisors
* Responsible for cleanliness of the restaurant and service to our guests

Job Specifications
* Ability to be self-reliant. Execute assigned duties and responsibilities from manager
* Able to speak, read, and write effectively in the English language. Excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with manager, staff and customers
* Must adhere to Gong Cha uniform and grooming policy
* Able to stand and walk for approximately 95%-100% of shift
* Able to lift and carry a maximum of 50 pounds
* Able to work flexible hours
* Respectful and courteous to others
* Shows commitment to high standards and to constantly self-improve
* Open to change and adjustments
* Positive and have a good sense of humor
