Extol is currently seeking for a Snow Removal Technician for commercial properties. Duties include but not limited. Participates in a team setting to safely and effectively clear snow and manage risk associate with snow/ice. clearing of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various commercial properties throughout the Regina area in an efficient manner, promoting job work site safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship. Operators are expected to be available at any time a snow or ice event occurs.
Experience in operating equipment tool required is beneficial but not necessary .
Overtime and weekend work will be occasional required.

Characteristics Needed to Succeed:
Must have experience in snow removal operations.
Ability to operate snow removal equipment such as power brooms, blowers, and shovels.
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
Must be available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Various locations including commercial sites.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Valid drivers license and/or equipment operators certificate(s)
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to follow them at all times.
Documentation knowledge of drivers logbook; pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintenance and repair reports; and trip reports.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Own transportation
Perform snow removal duties with focus on quality and timely execution.
Operate trucks and loaders with mounted snowplows or pushers in safe and productive manner.
