Position Overview:
The Food Counter Attendant is responsible for serving customers, managing the counter area, and ensuring a smooth flow of service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate impeccable customer service skills and a keen knowledge of our menu offerings.

Responsibilities:

Order Taking: Greet customers as they approach the counter, provide menu details, take orders, and communicate any special requests to the kitchen staff.
Payment Handling: Process payments, manage the cash register, and provide accurate change.
Order Presentation: Serve dishes to customers ensuring presentation standards are met and relay any feedback or issues to the kitchen staff.
Counter Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, ensuring it remains stocked and presentable.
Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in our menu items, ingredients, and the traditions behind them to answer customer inquiries.
Feedback Collection: Handle customer feedback, both positive and negative, and relay it to the management.
Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
