Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Customer Service and:
Possess 1-3 years of experience in supervision in a retail environment.
Retail experience in the areas of member relations, selling, ordering, receiving, asset maintenance and health and safety.
A clear understanding of personnel policies, practices, and procedures and other operational issues faced by the organization.
High level of integrity and accountability
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where necessary.
Ability to fulfill physical job requirements including manual labour.
Experience in retail sales will be considered an asset
Strong leadership skills that align with Riverbends values of Integrity, Community, Responsibility, and Service.
Ability to foster a culture focused on safety, innovation, and teamwork
