What youll do:

Duties will include, but are not limited to: using machinery and specialized tools to cut a variety of meat products into portions, packaging meat for retail sale, taking and preparing customer orders for special cuts, preparing fresh ground meats, making patties, ensuring counters are full of fresh product, receiving stock from suppliers, cleaning and sanitation of all work surfaces, and participating in special events.

Meat cutting certificate is an asset but not required
Lifting up to 50lbs is required.
