Duties and responsibilities of the position are as below:
Negotiate or approve rental or lease of properties on behalf of property owner
Ensure terms of lease agreements are met
Post Rental ads to attract new tenants.
Co-ordinate and monitor progress of repairs, maintenance and renovation carried out in buildings
Manage tenants maintenance requests including proper follow upto ensure satisfaction and timely completion.
Answer current and/or prospective tenant inquiries. Ensure response to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Ensure timely collection and deposits of rental payments and administer damage deposits.
Prepare monthly suite turnover reports with regional manager and run maintenance turnover checklist.
