- Assess inventory of, assign for cleaning and inspect rooms;
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner;
- Monitor work schedules, lost and found program, stock rooms and carts and designated inventories;
- Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks;
- Establish and train staff on cleanliness, tidiness and hygiene standards;
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing;
- Check rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness;
- Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job;
- Respond to customer complaints and special requests;
- Performs routine duties to supervise and inspect work done by room attendants to clean and maintain guest rooms, halls, lobby and other public areas;
- Oversees trash removal from entire facility;
- Provide supervision, coaching and training to House - Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Turndown Attendants and Room Attendants;
- Monitor and handle guest complaints by following procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction;
- Conduct training of staff as assigned.
