Prairie Co-operative is hiring a Full Time Hardware Supervisor at our Ag & Home Centre located in Cupar, SK.

What youll do:
The Hardware Supervisor is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies,procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.
Assisting in the preparation of team member scheduling, processing of claims, invoices and paperwork in a timely/accurate manner
Providing an exceptional level of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient operation.
Ensuring all applicable company policies and procedures are communicated and adhered to and ensure safety and regulatory requirements and procedures are implemented and maintained
Assisting in inventory ordering, purchasing and maintenance on all products inbound and outbound.
Supervising and directly lead the hardware team in such a manner as to ensure they are safe, effective and efficient throughout their daily activities
Ensuring prompt, efficient, and friendly customer service is provided at all times.
Maintaining high customer service levels to ensure customer satisfaction and identifies areas for improvement
Other duties as may be assigned by the Hardware Manager
Who you are:
If you are looking for a career in Home & Building Products and have:
Experience in the retail, hardware or material industry
Valid Class 5 drivers License
Knowledge of commodity sales, gross margin and inventory management
You are honest and trustworthy and have the proven ability to motivate and lead Team members
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
