The Resort at Cypress Hills is currently seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented individual with strong leadership skills to fill the position of Maintenance Supervisor.  The successful applicant must be career focused and searching for a long-term position.  The Resort offers a comprehensive benefit plan to all full-time employees as well as a competitive wage structure.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to plan, organize and oversee all maintenance and repairs inside the facilities and on the grounds of The Resort, as well as schedule, train, mentor and supervise the maintenance team. The Maintenance Supervisor performs a wide array of tasks to ensure that all guests have a safe and comfortable stay.  
Previous experience and knowledge required but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, renovation, project management, ground maintenance including snow removal, operation of small equipment including bobcat and skid steer, vehicle and equipment maintenance, compressor and refrigeration units, generator systems, inventory control of materials and equipment, team management, Health and Safety standards and regulations, and general computer skills.
Skills and abilities must include: leadership and planning skills, strong organizational and time management skills, communication and interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of building systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, confident, self-motivated and adaptive to change, ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment, ability to prioritize duties and allocate tasks, ability to work flexible hours, ability to move, lift and carry objects weighing 40 pounds, possess a valid drivers license, and demonstrate a strong commitment to the business.
