About the position: Working 7.5 - hour shifts, some overtime may be required. Will provide in-home support, teaching individuals and groups on parenting topics. Advocate, refer and act as a liaison for families. Work closely with Health Care Professionals and working with the Public Health Nursing program to provide and deliver programs and services.

Suitable candidates will have a minimum Grade 12 or a combination of Education and Experience may be considered; Certified First Aide & CPR and Safe Food Handling Certificate required or willing to obtain; Personal experience as a parent or caregiver of infants &/or young children is an asset and working with First Nations Communities is an asset; Ability to understand/speak Cree is an asset; Excellent written and communication skills; Must possess a valid drivers license
