The suitable candidate will be able to perform the following duties:
Collaborate in the development, delivery, and monitoring of Inclusion and Intervention Plans (IIPs);
Attend regular meetings with Teachers, E.A.s, and parents/guardians to share information about what is being done, and what could be done to meet the needs of students who require additional/ intensive supports;
Provide direct services and resource support to identified students, as needed;
Facilitate the referral process for students requiring second level professional services;
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and E.A.s and provide recommendations for appropriate adaptations and instructional strategies for students;
Collaborate in the scheduling of E.A.s to meet student need;
Participate in extra-curricular activities.
