Compensation Package
$42.00 to $45.00 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities
Perform electrical & mechanical inspections on most makes of cranes/hoists
Troubleshooting to determine faults & malfunctions
Repair/replace various parts/components
Testing of electric circuits/motors/components
Wiring of electrical circuits & devices
Perform required maintenance/adjustments
Complete required paperwork including timesheets, reports, or safety
Recognize potential service opportunities & forward appropriately with detail
Conduct work in a manner prescribed by JA Techs Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental Manual

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2000 hours overhead crane experience, 8000 preferred
Applicable Red Seal Qualification (i.e., Millwright, Electrician)
Strong interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of applicable crane regulations
Strong mechanical skills/aptitude
Flexibility to adjust to breakdown calls/after-hours work/out-of-town projects
Valid Drivers Licence
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
