Description

Performs a number of ongoing responsibilities in accordance with standard property management procedures under general supervision and guidance within a team structure. Performs routine and scheduled maintenance of properties including but not limited to:
Painting, drywall repair, window/door/ cupboard repair, appliance repair, plumbing and heating repair, equipment repair, flooring repair, plumbing, cleaning of gutters, yard maintenance, fence repair, hauling & dump runs, Unit Inspections. Must have a valid drivers license. A Saskatchewan Human Rights Exemption has been approved for Camponi Housing Corporation to give preference to Metis applicants.
