Would you like to be a leader in a fast-growing, innovative, and collaborative company? Three Farmers is seeking a self-driven, talented professional to join our team as Lead Hand in our food manufacturing facility. As a key member of the team, the Sanitation Supervisor is responsible for the overall plant and equipment cleanliness and sanitation. They will act as a member of the plant leadership team, working very closely with the sanitation, quality assurance and operation teams, and help to build and support a strong culture of safety, efficiency, and quality.
Primary Responsibilities:
Understands and fulfills all duties within the production area: Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), All food safety programs and health & safety programs
Performs all job responsibilities under the strictest guidelines of the SQF food safety standards
Coordinates all sanitation activities as per SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operation Procedure)
Develop, review and revise SSOPs in conjunction with Quality Assurance
Completing all sanitation and cleaning forms and documentation as required. Maintains daily, weekly, and monthly sanitation records.
Ensures all chemicals used in the cleaning process are mixed with a proper solution according to the standard specifications
Coordinates with production personnel and sanitation crew for dismantling of the production line equipment in preparation for cleaning
Support timely start-up of production by ensuring all areas/equipment areas are cleaned and sanitized in a timely manner.
Maintains sanitation chemical inventory
Ensures corrective actions are implemented and followed through
Will be working primarily on production floor to ensure program compliance
Performs other duties as assigned by site managers
