- Supervise the overall performance and functioning of cashiers and sales representative;
- Provide each customer exceptional friendly service;
- Develop E-sales platforms to promote products online for all retailing and wholesaling businesses;
- Ensure all items are stocked and displays are attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner;
- Prepare internet marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives;
- Implement operating procedures to ensure store is clean, adequately stocked, organized, and well kept;
- Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner as established by the general manager;
- Other duties assigned by the general manager.
