Description

Invites applications for the position of a part-time temporary Assistant Caretaker at Leask Community School.  The successful candidate will be required to work .75 FTE or 30 hrs per week, performing general caretaking duties. Leask Community School is a Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 School. The school is located in Leask, SK which is 105 km from Saskatoon. This CUPE position begins as soon as possible and ends December 31, 2023. The starting salary for this position is $19.41 per hour.

Caretakers work closely school staff to maintain the school building to the highest standards possible.  

Preference will be given to caretakers who:
Have training and/or experience in the caretaker field;
Place a high premium on safety at all times;
Demonstrate a caring and supportive attitude toward children;
Value communication and collaborative relationships;
Are committed to being flexible in the workplace;
Are committed to positive working relationships.
